I use the UPS service.

  • "I want to cancel my preorder. What do I do?"

It can be cancelled anytime, as long as the order hasn't been sent.

  • "My order got lost/sent back. What do I do?"

The shipping company will be contacted so that it can be resolved. If the package is totally lost, you will get your money back.

If the package is getting sent back, you'll have to wait for the package to come back to our warehouse, then you'll decide if you would like to send the package again (Having to pay again) , or cancel the order.

  • "Is Mayura your character?"

No, I do not own Digital Witch Mayura, she was created by MUKEI.

  • "When did you meet Mayura?"

I discovered Mayura back in 2019 and I have loved her since then :)

  • "What programs do you use?"

I mostly use PaintToolSai and Clip Studio Paint.

  • "How many people work on the brand?"

Just myself. Sometimes my wife helps me out <3

Yes! I ship to all the countries in the world except Russia, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Yemen and Crimea (Ukraine).
